Okay, if you dont know who they are. Here’s the quickie 411.
These dudes are from a Chinese boyband called A-one and basically their goal is “to bring down SJM”.
Well, of course i dont mean literally “bring down SJM” but i guess you can say compete with SJM.
Anyways, i found another article that was published about them (concerning about the SJM too). It’s from Septermber but its not too late to share.
Basically, A-one goes to training every single day, barely gets any sleep (5 hrs. min), and they have been recording and rehearsing actual choreography/songs a lot making their fans worried. However, reporters have found out that A-one has been doing so because they want to outshine sjm.
I know reporters/writers can overexxagerate their articles alot or even a little sometimes, but …
First of all, sjm has been rehearsing and practicing a lot too. Hae, Wonnie, and Gennie has spent years basically just training.
Second of all, HELLO! SUPER JUNIOR -M is the subgroup of SUPER JUNIOR, A WELL KNOWN BOYBAND TO ASIA ALREADY. Super Junior M has that advantage!
But after all, it wouldnt hurt (even a bit) to see a little compeition right?

wow that’s kinda weird bordering on creepy. who debuts with such a declaration to compete with other boybands? speaking of debuts, have they actually debuted yet? i can’t find much information on them online…

You all can nvr beat SJ-M. First, you must have talent and yes i know they have some though their songs that i heard last time wasnt my cup of tea. 2. We all dont know their personalities and characters. Are they able to beat SJ-M in their lovable personalities even if they beat them in sales of CDs?

I suppose experience counts, and I don’t think they’re any more experienced than SJ-M.. Well, I do agree that some diligence would be helpful, but they seem to be overdoing it.
Nevertheless I’m betting SJ-M will still triumph eventually xD
wow! is that means that they was made just to compete with SJM? how crazy that can be? They have to realize the fact that SJM trained hard for so many years and goes through a lot of hardworks just to get where they are right now…
LOL.. Its good to have competitors.. So that we can improve ourself more.. But, please.. you are talking about SJM.. Hw can they even thought to beat these guys? Especially most of the members are Asia star..

i dont believe in ‘competition’ when it comes to music. it should be about yourself performing and expressing the best you can.
that said tho… sjM is a pretty talented packaging. kyu and ryeo are EXCELLENT singers, not to the say the rest arent, but these two are hard to trash anyday. as for dancing theres always hangeng and donghae and henry. the whole of sjm is just really talented in their own ways
reminds me of korea’s A’st1 who debuted with a message that said take down suju. but apparently its coz they really respected the guys and want to be as talented as them so alls good
maybe its the same for this group. the story sounds creepily similar tho. even down to the group name

They both have the same objectives, that is to try outshine Super Junior.
But the thing is, it’s okay to have some competition but they shouldn’t be an idol group just for the sake of trying to outshine another popular group.
In my opinion they should just establish their own identity. China is a big place.
And let’s try to not bring down other groups neh? All groups deserve a chance.

i think they have debuted cause their songs are out on chinese sites, but still i can barely find anything about them. i remember reading an article saying their producers wanna keep them in secret or something.

A-One will be the new face of China. Mark my words. I listen to Kpop all the time, but it’s time for the tables to turn. China needs Chinese people singing and dancing; this boy band has great singing and dancing skills, and they will hopefully rise to the top as the years go by!
Haha, a little late to this news, actually very late. I just read this an article relating to this issue and can’t help but comment. I am an E.L.F, I love Super Junior-M, they are a an extremely talented group with immense popularity and will be difficult for other Chinese boy bands to come to their level.
However, don’t you think some E.L.Fs are going much overboard with this whole issue. There have been no concrete facts to support that A-One claim they want to compete with SJ-M, and even if they wish to, that is normal! The disrespect that we show towards any boybands that try and ‘compete’ with SJ-M will only give SJ-M a bad image!
I just have to express, cause I feel that issues of this matter is been blown out proportion, and some E.L.Fs need to claim down, because you are making yourself look like obsessive, crazy and scary fans, but you also give a bad name to other E.L.Fs (such as myself) a bad name, and as a result of this, you create anti-fans towards our beloved boys of SJ-M!
